There was a minor upset when 21th ranked BulgarianSpartak Pleven (2-3) lost at home to twenty fourth ranked Latvian Rigas Z. (3-3) 85-81 on Tuesday. Rigas Z. made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Frankie Fidler notched 26 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and JP Pegues supported him with 24 points. Even 31 points and 4 assists by American point guard Jalan McCloud (180-1995, college: ETSU, agency: Helping Ballers) did not help to save the game for Spartak Pleven . His fellow American import center Noel Brown (211-2000, college: St.Bonaventure) added 10 points and 11 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rigas Z. moved-up to twenty first place. Spartak Pleven lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixteenth position with three games lost. They share it with Brussels and Dubrava.
